Ms. Yoon is a seasoned executive providing guidance to executives and businesses for strategic planning, developing teams, and governance for endowments & foundations. From small to large businesses, change management, or long term strategic planning, her experience brings a unique approach to YFB’s spectrum of resources.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Yoon was the Regional Head of US Trust Bank of America, President Bank of America St. Louis, and Vice President at JP Morgan Asset Management in Chicago and St. Louis. As an executive leader, Ms. Yoon oversaw over 2000 employees across a multi state region and managed the P&L. She was also led Environmental Social Governance (ESG) initiatives for a global banking institution. In addition, Ms. Yoon mentored rising executives as Sponsor for LEAD Women (Leadership, Education, Advocacy, and Development) at a Fortune 100 global bank.
Ms Yoon was recognized as one of the Most Influential Leaders & Business Women of 2016 by the St. Louis Business Journal and one of the Top 100 Business People to Know by Small Business Monthly.
Ms Yoon earned her B.A. from Occidental College in Los Angeles. She completed post graduate studies at Stanford Graduate Business School in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Innovation and studied Data & Business Analytics at Wharton University. And she earned her Master’s in Law degree from Wake Forest School of Law in North Carolina.
Ms. Yoon is a native of St. Louis and is an alumni of John Burroughs Preparatory School. She volunteers her time to variety of boards in the community for which she has passion. She remembers her first volunteer experience at age 16 fondly.
